Welcome to Broome Bakes

I am a baker specialising in bespoke buttercream cakes, and all types of traybake. We are based in Clophill, Bedfordshire, a little village where small businesses are at the heart of the community. We pride ourselves on our personalised design service and work with our customers to create the perfect bakes for your special occasion. We are passionate about creating bakes which deserve centre-stage and make you smile, creating special moments that will stay with you forever.

The founder of Broome Bakes, Maisie Broome, love for baking began during lockdown it was a way to de-stress in the unpredictable times. The journey began baking for family and friends Broome Bakes has become Maisie's dream job.

As a small business, we are extremely grateful to all of our customers and love building relationships to help us get to know you better and design the perfect bakes for your family and friends.

All cakes are bespoke. Please note the prices shown are based on a simple buttercream cake with piping detail and sprinkles - additional decorations or themes incur an extra cost.

VANILLA

Fluffy vanilla bean cake layers sandwiched with vanilla buttercream.

CHOCOLATE

Rich chocolate cake layers cake sandwiched with chocolate buttercream

LEMON

Light lemon cake layers sandwiched with tangy lemon curd and vanilla buttercream

SALTED CARAMEL

Brown sugar cake layers sandwiched with salted caramel and caramel buttercream

BISCOFF

Brown sugar cake layers sandwiched with biscoff sauce and caramel buttercream

RED VELVET

Indulgent red velvet cake layers sandwiched with traditional cream cheese buttercream

STICKY TOFFEE

Soft, fluffy sticky toffee cake layers sandwiched with caramel buttercream and filled with treacle

COOKIES & CREAM

Oreo stuffed brown sugar cake layers sandwiched with oreo buttercream

Custom designed & piped with buttercream.

You're welcome to choose 1 flavour per box of 6 or up to 2 flavours per box of 12. Please note additional decorations will incur an extra cost.
